MY FIRST BLOG POST!
My goodness. I’ve been in business since 2006 and this is my first blog post!
I just love chocolate! The taste of Belgian Chocolate is exceptional. It’s incredible to work with. The shine, the snap, and the swirling and shaping of each individual piece.
I’ve pretty much been a one woman shop all these years with occasional help from my family. I take pride in my work and I care about each piece and each box that leaves my shop.
I enjoy the relationships I have formed with so many of my customers through the years.
Since the pandemic I have been working from my kitchen rather than having my shop open. I’ve done a lot of shipping, curbside pickups and delivering to my major wholesale customer. When PIgs Fly in Kittery, Maine.
I’ll keep this brief and continue another day.
