What is a truffle?

Our truffles are a delicious filling, sometimes called a ganache, coated with tempered chocolate.

Each filling is unique and is a whimsy of our Chocolatier, Sandra Freeman.

Fresh cream, liquors, infusions and no preservatives combine to make each of our truffles and extrodinary exploration into a divine chocolate experience.
