What is a truffle?

Our truffles are a delicious filling, sometimes called a ganache, coated with tempered chocolate.

Each filling is unique and is a whimsy of our Chocolatier, Sandra Freeman. Some truffles are created for specific holidays and others are always in demand.

Fresh cream, liquors, infusions and never any preservatives combine to make each of our truffles and extrodinary exploration into a divine chocolate experience.
