![]() A bit about our chocolateThe chocolate we have chosen to use for dipping is from Belgium. It is considered by many to be the worlds finest chocolate. We invite you to try it and encourage your opinion. Once we receive our chocolate we break it into small chunks and put it in our tempering machine. The temperer melts the chocolate to the exact temperature for hand dipping. Once the proper conditions are met and the chocolate is ready to be worked it is hand dipped and transformed into many different creations. A very popular combination is chocolate and nuts. Our nuts are always fresh. They can be enjoyed in our turtles, clusters, barks, bars and buttercrunch. |
