A bit about our Chocolate
The chocolate we have chosen to use for dipping is from Belgiun. It is considered by many to be the worlds finest chocolate. We invite you to try it and encourage your opinion.
Once we receive our chocolate we break it into small chunks and put it in our tempering machine. The temperer melts the chocolate to the exact temperature for hand dipping.
Once the proper conditions are met and the chocolate is ready to be worked it is hand dipped and transformed into many different creations.
A very popular combination is chocolate and nuts. Our nuts are purchased and freshly roasted from the American Nut Company in Boston. Once they have been roasted they are shipped to us and ready to combine into turtles, clusters, barks and bars and buttercrunch.
